Senior Manager, Process Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Drive, oversee, and take ownership of process management initiatives for Shopping, encompassing PLA/PRA evaluations, the creation and validation of processes and controls, as well as audit activities.

• Lead Shopping’s compliance with email governance, sanctions procedures, external data sharing protocols, and script management.

• Conduct risk assessments, resolve issues to facilitate remediation, enhance efficiencies, and mitigate risks.

• Document risks, outcomes, and challenges, collaborating with internal partners on remediation strategies.

• Collaborate with Shopping team leaders and enterprise partners to ensure effective communication of project requirements.

• Act as the primary liaison for risk and audit partners.

• Offer subject matter expertise on processes while representing the department in various projects and meetings.

• Provide guidance on risk, process, and data management needs for new initiatives and enterprise requests.

• Utilize inquiry and analysis to formulate recommendations and decisions.

• Challenge conventional thinking, explore alternatives, and develop diverse solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Military experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Process Management.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Relationship Management.

• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Communications, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

• Preferred: At least 5 years of experience in Process Management.
