Senior Manager, Process Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive, large-scale transformations across the enterprise.

• Manage complex projects while influencing senior leadership decisions.

• Mentor Managers and Senior Analysts to enhance team capabilities.

• Spearhead cross-functional transformation initiatives on a large scale.

• Develop process improvement strategies utilizing DMAIC, DMADV, DFSS, and LEAN methodologies.

• Facilitate matrixed projects, Kaizen Events, Rapid Process Improvement Events, and design events for current and future states.

• Establish governance structures, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and sustainability frameworks.

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses with tools such as Excel, Minitab, and others.

• Ensure project teams remain aligned and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.

• Create and implement change management strategies using ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Model, Lewin’s Model, and other approaches.

• Foster adoption, behavioral change, and enduring outcomes within operational teams.

• Evaluate change readiness, stakeholder impacts, and potential resistance risks.

• Produce communication materials, training resources, job aids, and reinforcement plans.

• Track adoption metrics and feedback mechanisms, adjusting change strategies as necessary.

• Drive business adoption initiatives and facilitate a seamless transition of ownership.

• Promote enterprise methodologies and standards.

• Scale best practices throughout the organization.

• Coach seasoned process and change professionals.

• Leverage resources from diverse teams and skill sets to design, construct, test, and deploy solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in process improvement, change execution, and strategic support.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.

• Bachelor's Degree required.

• Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience is preferred.

• Experience in leading complex initiatives within a matrixed environment is preferred.

• Experience presenting to executive leadership is preferred.

• Black Belt Certification and/or Change Management Certification is preferred.

• Project Management Certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with QuickBase, Lucid, and Visio is preferred.

• Experience in people leadership is preferred.
