This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Lead initiatives for product and portfolio renovation that align with Hershey’s enterprise strategy and long-term value objectives.
• Convert strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, comprehensive roadmaps, and execution strategies.
• Organize initiatives to achieve quantifiable financial and operational results.
• Spearhead Design to Value sprint initiatives and capability development.
• Conduct consumer and commercial analysis to identify pain points and prioritize solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops with executive leadership.
• Foster collaboration between Strategy, Marketing, R&D, and Commercial teams.
• Shape outcomes without direct authority by aligning stakeholders with enterprise values and priorities.
• Prepare decision-ready presentations for executive leaders, distilling complex trade-offs and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, and Strategy teams to measure consumer and business value creation.
• Identify potential risks to value delivery and initiate corrective actions.
• Oversee governance and reporting activities, including scorecards and Steering Committee documentation.
• Act as a practitioner and mentor for the Design to Value methodology, tools, and operational practices.
• Assist with training, enablement, and change management initiatives.
• Gather insights to continuously enhance Hershey’s capabilities.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in commercial, marketing, or strategy roles within consumer packaged goods (CPG) or consulting is preferred.
• Proven experience with value cases and initiatives that have resulted in significant financial, productivity, or capability improvements.
• Proven track record of leading initiatives characterized by high ambiguity and shifting priorities, necessitating structured problem-solving approaches.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to translate strategic concepts into actionable execution plans.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and manage relationships with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering.
• A Master’s in Business Administration is preferred.
