Senior Manager, Platform Operations, Medicaid Proposals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Direct the management, governance, and enhancement of proposal platforms, encompassing SharePoint, project management tools, and collaborative solutions.

• Supervise Proposal Development SharePoint sites and associated Microsoft 365 platforms, including site architecture, content organization, permissions, access provisioning, lifecycle management, compliance, and routine audits.

• Design, develop, maintain, and provide support for Power Platform solutions, which include Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, forms, dashboards, and related automation features.

• Create and execute process enhancements to streamline workflows, boost consistency, and improve the performance of the proposal team.

• Develop and present onboarding materials, training resources, workshops, and educational programs.

• Generate and uphold dashboards, analytics, and reports on proposal activities, operational health, and performance trends.

• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business priorities into actionable operational initiatives and scalable solutions.

• Spearhead initiatives that enhance proposal operations and overall business performance.

• Work collaboratively across teams to implement new tools, processes, and training programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in proposal operations, business operations, program management, project management, or a related field.

• More than 5 years of experience in developing and delivering training, onboarding, or enablement programs.

• Proficient in administering and supporting collaboration and workflow platforms, including SharePoint Online and project management tools like Asana.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic environment.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in Medicaid, healthcare, managed care, or proposal development settings.

• Background in supporting request for proposal (RFP) or business development teams.

• Familiarity with data visualization, reporting, and analytics tools.

• Experience in leading change management and technology adoption initiatives.

• Project Management Professional (PMP), APMP certification, or similar professional certification is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
