This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.
β’ Provide strategic direction for product development within the Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness portfolio.
β’ Establish product vision, strategy, roadmaps, feature priorities, OKRs, and measurement plans.
β’ Oversee the product lifecycle, which includes gathering requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, release, and iteration.
β’ Create, prioritize, monitor, adjust, and maintain the team backlog and dependencies.
β’ Develop user stories and acceptance criteria; lead refinement sessions and validate completed work.
β’ Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Architecture, Operations, Customer Experience, and other stakeholders utilizing agile methodologies.
β’ Track product metrics, technical health, customer feedback, and team KPIs.
β’ Conduct product and experience demonstrations and present findings to stakeholders.
β’ Act as the main point of contact for feature delivery and coordinate with Domain Owners and broader epics.
β’ Mentor and develop team members while establishing expectations and nurturing a positive culture.
β’ Over 7 years of experience as a product manager, product owner, or in a related position within an IT or software development setting.
β’ More than 7 years of experience in software product management, with a proven track record of building large-scale consumer-facing products.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in Agile environments, especially Scrum or Kanban.
β’ Knowledge of Agile practices and ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
β’ Minimum of 5 years in product leadership/management roles, fostering collaboration and influencing cross-functional teams.
β’ Over 3 years of experience as a team leader, coach, or mentor.
β’ Capability to support East Coast working hours.
β’ Experience in building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
β’ Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Rally, or comparable platforms.
β’ Knowledge of product frameworks; SAFe certification is a plus.
β’ Strong skills in negotiation, organization, management, analysis, and interpersonal relations.
β’ Proficient in data-driven decision-making and quantitative analysis.
β’ General understanding of core programming and computer science principles.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
