Senior Manager, Payment Integrity – Vended Audit Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and track internal and external initiatives related to cost recovery and cost containment, ensuring alignment with project metrics and recovery/cost avoidance objectives.

• Manage cost avoidance and recovery initiatives with both internal and external vendors.

• Collaborate with health plans to identify and mitigate costs utilizing national vendors.

• Create annual budgets and projected targets for national vendors while supporting the achievement of annual savings.

• Assess and enhance existing processes, implementing new strategies for cost reduction.

• Analyze trends and identify cost-containment opportunities; recommend action plans and facilitate their implementation.

• Support health plans with their rules, regulations, and processes pertaining to cost recovery.

• Evaluate the performance and processes of other departments for potential cost-recovery opportunities.

• Prepare and present reporting packages for Senior Management.

• Undertake additional duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in data analysis, finance, or accounting.

• Preferred experience in auditing government programs.

• Preferred experience with compliance monitoring programs.

• Preferred project management experience.

• Ability to adhere to all policies and standards.
