
Senior Manager β Partnership Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Establish and oversee a sales enablement function from inception.
β’ Collaborate directly with senior sales executives to outline effective sales enablement strategies.
β’ Extract and formalize the sales approach for each product category, encompassing positioning, competitive differentiation, and pricing.
β’ Ensure sales approaches remain updated as products and pricing change.
β’ Create and deliver training resources that effectively enhance readiness for sales representatives.
β’ Maintain up-to-date reference materials for representatives to utilize during deals.
β’ Develop a framework for training effectiveness and obtain agreement from sales leadership on its criteria.
β’ Establish a field adherence framework linked to quota achievement, win rates, and sales cycle duration.
β’ Report on progress toward representatives meeting their quotas on a quarterly basis.
β’ Implement a recurring performance review process for sales enablement with sales leadership.
β’ Transform data into actionable recommendations and monitor the completion of agreed actions.
β’ Recruit, mentor, and establish clear performance metrics for a small enablement team.
β’ Collaborate closely with sales leadership and product teams.
β’ Supervise one direct report.
β’ Proven experience in creating sales enablement programs from the ground up and leading a sales enablement team.
β’ Excellent skills in elicitation; able to extract and formalize expectations that sales leaders have for representatives.
β’ Ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority; adept at achieving alignment with both sales leadership and product teams.
β’ Sufficient business and product knowledge to convert pricing, positioning, and competitive factors into actionable guidance for representatives.
β’ Experience in designing measurement frameworks for training effectiveness and/or field compliance linked to revenue results.
β’ Strong executive communication abilities; capable of translating enablement data into clear, actionable insights for sales leadership.
β’ Experience in leading people, including establishing performance metrics and addressing capability gaps within a small team.
β’ Preferred: Experience in utilizing CRM or deal-review data to monitor adherence to a defined sales approach.
β’ Preferred: Background in collaborating with sales leadership in a B2B or subscription revenue setting.
β’ Remote work flexibility.
β’ Willingness to travel 1β2 times per year for off-site team meetings or conferences.
β’ May require extended periods of stationary positions (sitting or standing).
