This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Drive the strategy, governance, and ongoing enhancement of learning operations, compliance training support, performance management, and talent enablement.
• Supervise enterprise training operations, governance of the LMS, audit readiness support, and execution of related processes.
• Collaborate with leaders, executive sponsors, and stakeholders to pinpoint capability requirements, training priorities, process risks, and scalable solutions.
• Define roles, responsibilities, standards, and operating procedures for learning, training, audit support, and talent initiatives.
• Act as a strategic consultant on training operations, compliance and technical training enablement, performance processes, talent practices, and change management.
• Manage compliance training administration, including required training assignments, tracking, reporting, documentation, and LMS governance.
• Ensure training processes are precise, timely, auditable, and conform to procedural, regulatory, and inspection readiness standards.
• Direct the design, implementation, and maintenance of functional and technical training programs.
• Convert role-, system-, process-, and compliance-based needs into effective training solutions.
• Direct training plans, learning paths, system training, job aids, communications, learner support, and stakeholder readiness initiatives.
• Utilize data and reporting to track completion rates, identify risks, evaluate process performance, support audit readiness, and inform decision-making.
• Spearhead process enhancements related to training administration, curriculum governance, document quality, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Employ technology, automation, analytics, and progressive practices to modernize learning delivery and compliance training support.
• Assist with enterprise performance management processes, tools, communications, goal-setting, check-ins, and year-end activities.
• Aid in talent reviews, succession planning, calibration, leadership pipeline visibility, and associated enablement efforts.
• Establish trusted relationships with executive sponsors, HR, Quality, Compliance, IT, business leaders, and functional stakeholders.
• Conduct working sessions and planning forums, address gaps, align decisions, and ensure accountability.
• Facilitate change management by providing leaders, managers, and employees with necessary information, tools, and resources.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members involved in learning operations, training administration, audit coverage, compliance training, and talent processes.
• Set priorities, expectations, decision-making rights, and accountabilities; promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, Psychology, Life Sciences, Quality, Compliance, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in organizational learning, training operations, compliance training support, functional/technical training, audit support, performance management, talent management, HR enablement, stakeholder management, or related areas.
• Extensive knowledge of finance/accounting principles and best practices, coupled with strong analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and business insight with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and environments.
• Capacity to identify and execute plans and activities aimed at enhancing profitability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a forward-thinking approach, capability to manage ambiguity, and intellectual curiosity.
• Experience collaborating with associates at all organizational levels.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, propose and implement process enhancements, work autonomously, and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Experience in a regulated, global, or matrixed environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, training governance, curriculum administration, compliance training, audit readiness, or regulated training documentation is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and cross-functional stakeholders is preferred.
• Proven experience in leading teams, managing through direct reports, and overseeing operational execution is preferred.
• Experience supporting performance and/or talent management processes is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in change management, instructional design, coaching, HR, talent management, quality, or compliance are preferred.
