This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee employee engagement initiatives, which include conducting surveys, focus groups, skip-level feedback, and various other methods to gain insights into the employee experience.
• Examine engagement, workforce, and organizational effectiveness data to pinpoint trends, risks, and opportunities across clinics, regions, functions, and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with HR and operational leaders to create action plans aimed at enhancing engagement, communication, retention, team effectiveness, and managerial capabilities.
• Assist in initiatives like Great Place to Work by guiding leaders in interpreting feedback, prioritizing improvements, and maintaining accountability.
• Act as an internal consultant, facilitator, and coach for leaders regarding organizational effectiveness, team dynamics, employee development, and change management.
• Lead and refine talent management practices, including talent reviews, succession planning, career pathing, performance management, and individual development planning.
• Support leadership development programs that focus on coaching, feedback, communication, accountability, and employee growth.
• Conduct workshops, team effectiveness sessions, leader assimilations, and problem-solving discussions.
• Design and implement change management plans for HR, operations, technology, culture, and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Oversee organizational effectiveness programs from planning to execution, which encompasses timelines, communications, facilitation materials, stakeholder updates, and success metrics.
• Assess program outcomes utilizing people data, operational indicators, survey results, and stakeholder feedback, suggesting improvements as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a similar field.
• A minimum of five years of progressive experience in organizational development, organizational effectiveness, talent management, learning and development, change management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supporting employee engagement, leadership development, career planning, performance management, change management, or talent management programs.
• Exceptional consulting, facilitation, communication, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to analyze people data, survey results, workforce trends, and qualitative feedback, translating them into actionable, practical recommendations.
• Strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to establish credibility and influence leaders at all levels.
• A resourceful, results-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, navigate obstacles, and manage multiple priorities.
• A high level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and a service-oriented approach.
• Must be available during East Coast business hours.
