This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Identify and guide significant organizational projects, encompassing strategic shifts, new capabilities, and global growth.
• Collaborate with the President, ELT, and department heads to formulate comprehensive change and enablement strategies.
• Drive change momentum through adoption, assess impact, provide feedback, and refine strategies as necessary.
• Create communications that articulate what is changing and the significance of those changes.
• Collaborate with the President and ELT on significant organizational announcements.
• Convert strategy into clear and engaging language suitable for various audiences.
• Develop and manage internal communications, such as all-hands meetings, newsletters, and leadership updates.
• Assist in creating onboarding and organizational reference materials.
• Utilize pulse checks, feedback surveys, and office hours to evaluate culture and employee experience.
• Formulate strategies to bridge gaps between organizational intentions and actual experiences.
• Establish a vision for fostering a sense of belonging across all levels and locations.
• Collaborate with DE&I, Wellness, and affinity group committees.
• Work with HR on enhancing employee experience, communicating benefits, and organizational listening.
• Partner with Recruiting to align employer branding and candidate experience.
• Support global capability and messaging launches.
• Ensure alignment with marketing leadership regarding brand consistency and organizational culture.
• Over 7 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or internal communications.
• Proven track record of leading organizational change or capability-building initiatives.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with ELT and department leaders on strategic projects.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills; adept at crafting messages for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, marketing, change management, communications, HR, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of organizational psychology and managing resistance to change.
• Proficient in using surveys, feedback tools, and metrics to inform strategies.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity within a dynamic, values-driven organization.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
