Senior Manager, Oracle Utilities

📋 Description

• Lead consulting projects related to Oracle to assist organizations in reaching their digital technology objectives and leveraging business opportunities.

• Advise clients on the implementation of Oracle solutions to shift from resource-heavy operations to subscription-based business models.

• Manage intricate business challenges from strategy formulation to execution across various domains including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

• Utilize Oracle Customer Experience (CX) and Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) to improve client business operations.

• Supervise the deployment of Oracle Utilities Customer-to-Meter (C2M) and Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) solutions.

• Develop and sustain client relationships to recognize and tackle business obstacles.

• Advocate for innovative Oracle technologies and best practices within consulting teams.

• Ensure data integrity and compliance within Oracle analytics frameworks.

• Discover opportunities to enhance the utilization of Oracle solutions and boost client business performance.

• Engage with clients at a strategic level, drive project success, and share technical expertise.

• Promote effective collaboration among diverse teams and projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.

• At least 7 years of relevant experience.

• Preference for a Master's or Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, or Computer and Information Science.

• Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer-to-Meter (C2M) implementations.

• Proficient in utilizing Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) solutions.

• Experience managing Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud processes.

• Proven track record of leading cross-border and diverse team engagements.

• Experience in innovating processes within Oracle CX sales technology.

• Strong strategic questioning and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

• Must not require PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as allowed by PwC policy.
