This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of all aspects of the Area Open Market Residential (OMR) business line.
• Develop, execute, and oversee sales and marketing initiatives aimed at expanding and retaining the current OMR customer base.
• Achieve designated sales growth objectives for OMR.
• Collaborate on OMR projects and programs with Customer Service, Pricing, Operations, Maintenance, Billing, and the Area Leadership Team.
• Identify marketing solutions that drive growth and customer loyalty while ensuring a favorable return on investment.
• Incorporate WM service offerings into the OMR strategy.
• Maintain and achieve assigned revenue growth goals and project growth for operational and maintenance partners.
• Supervise initiatives to minimize lost business due to overdue or unpaid invoices.
• Foster communication and accountability regarding OMR within the Customer Experience department.
• Clearly and concisely convey OMR performance metrics.
• Uphold and implement corporate standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Pricing on strategies for profitable growth and ancillary service charges.
• Manage the marketing expenditure budget and monitor campaign returns.
• Coordinate with the Public Sector Director and Senior District Managers to ensure Quality of Service.
• Must reside and work within the United States.
• Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) or equivalent experience in place of a degree.
• High School Diploma or GED (accredited) along with four (4) years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of prior experience (beyond educational requirements) in Sales Management or Operations.
• At least two (2) years of Business to Consumer (B2C) marketing experience, including examples of previous marketing campaigns.
• 4 years of sales experience with responsibility for meeting sales targets.
• Proficiency in social media marketing: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Experience in direct customer/prospect marketing campaigns.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for internal meetings or projects across the region.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative for air travel or access to federal properties.
