This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborate with schools and districts in New York City to enhance their understanding of data and strengthen implementation tactics.
• Engage in partner meetings, data assessments, and regular check-ins.
• Assist with the onboarding and rollout of programs for new partners.
• Share compelling implementation success stories and examples with the wider team and partner network.
• Conduct school visits, co-observe classrooms, and lead coaching sessions with instructional and professional learning teams.
• Collect feedback to enhance tools, support systems, and data reporting.
• Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a superior user experience.
• Prepare and distribute data reports and visual presentations that emphasize engagement, usage, and impact.
• Transform complex data into straightforward insights and actionable recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with data and product teams to ensure accurate and consistent reporting.
• Maintain templates, dashboards, and reporting processes.
• Oversee 10–20 single-school accounts.
• Support key district accounts managed by Senior Directors of Implementation Success.
• Assist with program operations, including rostering, setup, and ongoing technical and instructional support.
• Lead and coordinate special projects such as reporting tools, data storytelling initiatives, and process improvements.
• Collaborate across Insights & Analytics, Education Solutions, and Product teams.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Candidates must reside in the New York City metropolitan area.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in K–12 education, edtech, or a related field.
• Experience in a school setting, preferably as a teacher, instructional coach, or in a school/district support role.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout New York City's five boroughs.
• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally, up to 10%, to facilitate in-person engagement with partners nationally.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and communicate data in accessible and relevant ways for educators.
• Excellent project management abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Clear and engaging communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with a diverse range of partners.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio is advantageous.
• Strong commitment to equity, access, and supporting educators in enhancing student outcomes.
• Experience in roles related to partner-facing implementation, customer success, or data coaching.
• Comfort in facilitating data discussions with teachers or administrators.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Valid U.S. work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
