Senior Manager – Microservices

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conceptualize, develop, and deliver solutions in line with business requirements

• Execute BAW, microservices, and API gateway projects within established schedule, budget, and scope

• Supervise development, BAU management, quality assurance, and compliance measures

• Lead a diverse team tasked with essential service delivery and support

• Ensure continuous service delivery and support for applications necessitating 24/7 assistance across various locations

• Preserve microservices stability and uptime through infrastructure evaluations and monitoring

• Direct deliverables while collaborating with business units

• Diagnose and resolve production issues while minimizing business disruptions

• Create and manage reusable components within the internal framework

• Deploy microservices for multiple teams throughout the organization

• Estimate, propose, design, create, and document solutions

• Assess existing systems and pinpoint core processes and rules for transition to BPM workflow frameworks

• Adapt legacy utilities for reuse and separation from monolithic architecture

• Model and build microservices in accordance with architectural standards

• Conduct change management initiatives, process definitions, implementations, and user training

• Offer solution guidance and advisory services across various environments and systems

• Implement process enhancements and reduce interdependencies among support teams

• Develop application blueprints, roadmaps, and data migration plans

• Troubleshoot performance challenges and address scalability and high availability

• Collaborate on Agile project management, vendor oversight, and commercial management

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 9 to 12 years of experience with End-to-End Implementation and various support projects of Enterprise Software Applications

• Exposure to implementation of microservices architecture using Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, JSPs, React JS, Bootstrap, and BPM workflow implementations via Microservices API Connect

• Capability to envision digital assets and align with MOFT implementation standards

• Strong technical expertise in IBM BAW, Oracle DB, WebLogic, WebSphere, Java, JSF, Ajax, J2EE, SOA, ESB, JMS, Web Services, EJB, and JAAS

• Profound understanding of technology solutions and operational process activities

• Logical and analytical skills for effective decision-making

• Comprehensive knowledge of banking applications and their functionalities
