
Senior Manager, Marketing Decision Science

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5 Decision Scientists and Marketing Analysts, overseeing performance, growth, and daily operations.
• Manage comprehensive paid marketing analytics workflows, which encompass channel-level goal-setting, pacing, incrementality testing, acquisition and retention analysis, as well as Retailer Marketing evaluation.
• Guide the team's contributions to the integrated marketing measurement framework that includes MMM, incrementality testing, LTV, and MTA.
• Facilitate re-goaling, rebasing, and scenario modeling to inform marketing budget distribution.
• Act as the main analytical liaison for senior marketing leadership and the Finance department.
• Represent MDSA in MBRs, SBRs, and Pacing Meetings.
• Define and steer the Marketing Decision Science roadmap in collaboration with the Director.
• Collaborate on measurement architecture, LTV modeling, and the framework for measurement infrastructure.
• Enhance analytical self-service and streamline recurring reporting through tools and automation.
• Develop team capabilities and coverage strategies.
• Anticipate stakeholder requirements and provide proactive insights.
• 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a quantitative role.
• 3+ years of experience in managing teams of analysts or decision scientists.
• Extensive knowledge in paid marketing measurement, including incrementality testing, marketing mix modeling, attribution, LTV-based optimization, and channel-specific performance analytics.
• Proficient in SQL and possess strong data fluency.
• Capable of validating and critically assessing analytical outputs directly using data.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage senior cross-functional relationships and represent a data science function in leadership discussions.
• Proven track record of simplifying complex analyses into actionable investment recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in managing and nurturing Decision Scientists or Marketing Analysts with a strong emphasis on quality and direct feedback.
• Preferred: background in a consumer-facing marketplace or a rapidly growing technology firm.
• Preferred: knowledge of geo-experimentation, Bayesian methodologies, or causal inference frameworks.
• Preferred: experience in LTV-focused media optimization and budget allocation modeling.
• Preferred: experience in developing or revamping channel-level reporting and pacing systems.
