This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take full ownership of marketing performance measurement across various campaigns, channels, and programs, from initial engagement to closed-won revenue.
• Develop, sustain, and enhance attribution and funnel models utilized for budget allocation.
• Effectively communicate model assumptions and limitations to relevant stakeholders.
• Implement machine learning and LLM-based methodologies for propensity scoring, pipeline forecasting, channel mix optimization, and anomaly detection.
• Create AI-assisted insight generation for automated analysis of "what changed and why."
• Assess, pilot, and expand AI capabilities within marketing and analytics tools.
• Provide recommendations on whether to build or buy solutions based on measured impact.
• Establish standards for responsible AI usage, encompassing output validation, documentation of assumptions, drift monitoring, and data handling in collaboration with Security and Legal.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation and Events to establish targets, forecast pipeline contributions, and monitor performance.
• Design and manage dashboards and self-service reporting.
• Oversee the marketing data stack, including Salesforce, marketing automation systems, and downstream warehouse tables.
• Work alongside Marketing Operations and Data Engineering to ensure data quality and instrumentation.
• Deliver executive-level analyses and presentations for quarterly business reviews, board materials, and annual planning.
• Develop budget scenarios and ROI analyses for new investments.
• Enhance analytical standards through mentorship, documentation, and effective presentation practices.
• Report to Marketing Operations and support the entire marketing organization.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a closely related analytical role.
• At least 2 years of experience leading analysts, cross-functional projects, or both.
• Strong preference for candidates with B2B SaaS experience.
• Proficient, hands-on SQL skills, including the ability to independently pull, join, and validate data.
• Proven ownership of B2B funnel and attribution measurement.
• Experience in building or significantly reconstructing a multi-touch attribution or pipeline model.
• Practical experience applying machine learning or AI to business challenges, such as propensity or lead scoring, forecasting, segmentation, or automated insight generation.
• Sound judgment regarding the appropriateness of a model.
• Familiarity with ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase, or with media mix modeling and incrementality testing at scale.
• Proficient with Salesforce, a marketing automation platform like Marketo or HubSpot, and a BI tool such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Strong communication skills suitable for executive audiences.
• Experience collaborating with marketing ops, demand generation, sales ops, and finance teams.
• Familiarity with dbt, Python or R, and a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift is a plus.
• Experience supporting an enterprise, multi-product go-to-market strategy is a plus.
• Experience working with LLM APIs or AI-assisted analytics tools is an advantage.
• Background checks are necessary.
