
Senior Manager, Market Access – Specialty Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Assist the Director of Market Access in formulating and implementing market access strategies for specialty care indications across global markets and partner regions.
• Create and execute market access strategies for Specialty Care product launches that align with corporate goals, regulatory frameworks, and local affiliate requirements.
• Collaborate on pricing, reimbursement, and formulary inclusion for both new and existing products.
• Utilize health economic models, budget impact analyses, and value-based arguments.
• Aid in the development of HEOR evidence, real-world data, global/local value dossiers, objection handling materials, and resources for payer negotiations.
• Establish and sustain compliant relationships with payers, HTA agencies, partners, regulatory authorities, and patient advocacy organizations.
• Collaborate with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, and Government Affairs teams to ensure alignment of initiatives and readiness for product launches.
• Monitor policy developments and trends, identify potential risks and opportunities, and support advocacy initiatives.
• Manage multiple market access projects concurrently, including delivery timelines, budget management, risk assessment, outcomes, and vendor activities.
• Track, analyze, and report on access performance, HTA outcomes, pricing and reimbursement decisions, and competitive intelligence.
• Keep records updated in PRISMA, Smartsheet, and other internal systems.
• An advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, economics, or a related discipline is required; PhD, MSc, and MBA are preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in international market access and reimbursement.
• Experience with market access in gastroenterology, internal medicine, endocrinology, cardiovascular, and rare diseases.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement processes for both niche and large patient populations.
• Demonstrated success in international launch planning and execution.
• Experience in developing access strategies within payer and policymaker networks across both niche and large population markets.
• Proven ability to work effectively in matrixed, multicultural teams across various regions.
• Good understanding of international healthcare systems, HTA processes, and both public and private payer environments.
• Proficiency in English.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with health economic models, budget impact analyses, HEOR evidence, real-world data, value dossiers, HTA submissions, and payer negotiations.
• Experience utilizing PRISMA, Smartsheet, and other internal systems.
