This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take charge of the design, development, and continuous upkeep of performance reports and KPI dashboards for all Logistics operations.
• Collaborate with the Global Logistics Business Process Owner and leadership to establish KPI frameworks.
• Track KPI trends, pinpoint performance discrepancies and root causes, suggest corrective measures, and report findings to Logistics leadership.
• Create and present executive-level performance reports, including briefings created in PowerPoint.
• Act as the main Logistics point of contact for the Data & Performance team regarding reporting designs, data requirements, and dashboard creation.
• Manage master data governance and maintenance within Oracle OTM.
• Oversee master data values, uphold standards, enhance data quality, set up controls, and monitor data health metrics.
• Collaborate with DTE and Role 1 on master data needs for system updates, UAT, and release validation.
• Construct the annual Logistics operations budget categorized by LSP, Disease Area, and Cost Center.
• Manage freight accrual methodologies and monthly reporting to Finance.
• Monitor actuals against the budget, analyze discrepancies, and assist with financial decision-making.
• Work alongside Procurement, Finance, and Logistics Operations to ensure budget assumptions align with network realities and contractual obligations.
• Represent end-user reporting, KPI, and performance data needs within Logistics Data Products.
• Validate outputs from data products and provide insights on gaps, quality concerns, and enhancement priorities.
• Ensure that digital initiatives address reporting and performance measurement requirements.
• Identify and implement performance automation opportunities.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making and foster analytical capabilities within Logistics.
• Transform ambiguous data and performance scenarios into clear options and facilitate alignment.
• Convey complex performance and financial subjects to Logistics leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Build consensus across functions regarding data definitions, KPI methodologies, and reporting standards.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, and/or Supply Chain management.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in Distribution and Logistics management.
• 2 years of experience leading performance metric reporting, management, and governance in a global matrix organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, arrays, and conditional formatting.
• Proficient in PowerPoint for analysis and executive reporting.
• Familiarity with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent is preferred.
• Professional certification in Supply Chain or Logistics, such as APICS CLTD or CSCP, is preferred.
• A Master's degree in business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or finance is preferred.
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain systems, especially Oracle TMS.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

• Business acumen and financial analytics proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to present ideas clearly, persuasively, and confidently.
• Strong portfolio management capabilities; PMI certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Oracle OTM, OTC, OPM, customer and supplier collaboration solutions, and BI solutions.
