Senior Manager, IT Program Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the IT Strategic Governance and Delivery Office (SGDO)

• Supervise the portfolio of IT projects that align with organizational objectives

• Guarantee the quality of service delivery and ensure IT projects are in line with business priorities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the execution of technology projects

• Optimize workflows and promote continuous improvement initiatives

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of six individuals

• Oversee the prioritization of the portfolio based on business value and resource availability

• Implement and manage processes and projects throughout the IT organization

• Cultivate relationships with internal clients and work collaboratively with senior executives on strategic initiatives

• Spearhead the planning and execution of various IT projects while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

• Utilize PMBOK, SAFe, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies throughout project lifecycles

• Evaluate client needs and expectations, resolving internal client issues as they arise

• Establish OLAs, metrics, and KPIs to assess performance and the quality of delivery

• Facilitate process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies

• Collaborate with IT leadership, business units, and stakeholders to achieve strategic goals

• Encourage collaboration and innovation among teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in IT process, project, and business relationship management

• In-depth understanding of IT and methodologies for continuous improvement

• Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools, including Microsoft Project, JIRA, Monday, and Trello

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to think strategically and lead change initiatives

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

• Experience managing teams across multiple functions

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

• Demonstrated capability to evaluate options and make independent decisions on significant matters

• Reliable cable or fiber-optic broadband internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for remote work

• Active engagement in video-based interviews and ongoing virtual meetings with the camera on
