This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Oversee the comprehensive coordination of the quarterly earnings process, which encompasses timelines, checklists, and collaborative inputs from Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications, and other internal stakeholders.
• Compose and enhance earnings materials, such as press releases, earnings presentations, Q&A preparation documents, and scripts for the CEO and CFO, in conjunction with the VP of Investor Relations.
• Develop and sustain essential investor relations infrastructure, which includes investor presentations, materials for roadshows and conferences, financial models, fact sheets, and regular reporting templates.
• Analyze sell-side analyst consensus estimates and investor feedback for the executive team.
• Perform competitive and peer benchmarking analysis against similar public companies to shape earnings narratives and investor communication.
• Monitor shareholder composition, trading activities, and ownership transitions; establish and maintain systems to track investor feedback and sentiment.
• Prepare comprehensive briefing materials for senior management prior to investor meetings and conferences.
• Coordinate logistics and briefing materials for non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, and analyst days.
• Update and maintain content for the investor relations website and other investor-focused communication channels.
• Report directly to the Vice President of Investor Relations, assisting in the growth of the investor relations function as Liftoff positions itself as a newly public entity.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline, with over 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years.
• Background in investor relations, equity research, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of or a keen interest in investor relations and related areas such as finance, accounting, and corporate communications.
• Proven ability to independently resolve complex and ambiguous problems.
• Prior experience or a strong interest in ad tech is highly preferred.
• Solid financial and analytical capabilities, encompassing financial statement analysis and public company disclosure practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to simplify complex financial and technical concepts into clear materials for executives, the Board, and investors.
• Highly organized and process-oriented, with a track record of creating or enhancing structure in a dynamic setting.
• Capability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams and independently drive projects from inception to completion.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities and the skill to collaborate with Finance, Legal, Communications, and senior leadership.
