
Senior Manager, International Supply Chain Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Develop, articulate, and execute sourcing strategies at both country and supplier levels.
• Ensure alignment and secure commitment from leadership and global stakeholders.
• Facilitate international co-production, second-sourcing, and projects involving industrial participation.
• Collaborate with Program/Capture teams, OSC SBU leaders, Global Trade, Engineering, Global Industrialization, Contracts, and other departments.
• Implement best practices from the International Co-production Playbook.
• Ensure readiness for strategic onboarding of international suppliers.
• Assist and engage in supplier evaluations.
• Oversee supplier onboarding activities, including NDAs, ESDM, RECON due diligence, RESA 1-3, and UCC approvals.
• Maintain the international supplier capability database and ensure data integrity.
• Support Strategy and Submit/Commit gate review processes.
• Aid in capturing strategies for international pursuits and offset/industrial participation initiatives.
• Develop executive-level presentations and reports suitable for leadership.
• Evaluate proposed business solutions, partner selections, project assessments, and financial valuations.
• Travel both domestically and internationally approximately 5–25% of the time.
• A University Degree or equivalent experience with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in Strategy, Supply Chain, Program Management, or Operations/Manufacturing.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing functional, business, or portfolio strategies.
• Proficiency in creating business cases and conducting ROI analyses.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Aerospace & Defense sector.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Experience in supplier management, manufacturing, engineering, or program leadership, particularly in international settings.
• Familiarity with geographically dispersed cross-functional or Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Expertise in preparing executive presentations.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and U.S. government export/import regulations.
• Strong project and change management skills.
• Experience with Statements of Work (SOW) and MRP/ERP systems like SAP (PRISM).
• Exposure to offsets, localization, industrial participation, and proposal development.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CPSM, or CSCP are preferred.
• Background in management consulting or internal strategy positions.
• Active and current DoD Secret security clearance is mandatory from day one.
