Senior Manager – Intelligent Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Utilize extensive knowledge of the healthcare provider revenue cycle to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing processes and automation.

• Design and structure RPA solutions utilizing UiPath, ensuring they align with business processes and goals.

• Manage the comprehensive implementation of RPA projects, encompassing planning, execution, and oversight.

• Collaborate with the sales team to offer technical insights during client meetings, presentations, and proposals.

• Work closely with clients to grasp their requirements, deliver customized solutions, and ensure the successful execution and adoption of RPA initiatives.

• Guarantee that RPA solutions are flawlessly integrated into current workflows.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of practical technical experience (backend development, full-stack development, or infrastructure support) catering to enterprise users.

• At least 2 of the following 3 criteria:

• 3+ years of experience with object-oriented programming (.NET, C#, Python, etc.) or platform infrastructure support.

• 3+ years of experience with on-prem and/or cloud infrastructure, including familiarity with infrastructure topics such as Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, Virtualization, APIs, and Networking.

• 2+ years of experience with containerized deployments, including hands-on experience with Kubernetes deployments in production.

• Familiarity with the UiPath platform - either platform infrastructure support or platform development.

• Experience managing UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, and Studio setup within an enterprise environment.

• Background in commercial healthcare IT environments and architectures.

• Experience collaborating with healthcare organizations or other commercial sectors.

• The candidate is expected to achieve at least one UiPath Professional Certification within the first year of the contract.
