Senior Manager, Infusion Nursing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee regional nursing operations to guarantee exceptional patient care and robust clinical outcomes.

• Cultivate nursing personnel through mentorship, evaluations, and leadership focused on performance.

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and accreditation regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on strategic initiatives related to pharmacy, clinical, and sales.

• Enhance staffing models, resource allocation, and operational productivity.

• Partner with contracted nursing agencies to facilitate patient care delivery and education.

• Promote ongoing improvement and patient-centered care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Home IV Infusion Therapy, Nurse Management, and Specialty Pharmacy.

• Multistate/Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (or a commitment to obtain one).

• At least 5 years of clinical experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience.

• 3+ years of Home Infusion experience either as a nurse or in a leadership role.

• 3+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy.

• Strong skills in IV insertion.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Apple technology.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership abilities.

• A valid driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

• Internet service requirement: cable broadband or fiber optic with minimum speeds of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload when working remotely.
