Senior Manager, Infusion Nursing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee regional nursing operations to guarantee exceptional patient care and robust clinical outcomes.

• Cultivate nursing staff through mentoring, evaluations, and performance-driven leadership.

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and accreditation regulations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on strategic initiatives in pharmacy, clinical care, and sales.

• Enhance staffing models, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness.

• Partner with contracted nursing agencies to facilitate patient care delivery and education.

• Promote continuous improvement and a focus on patient-centered care.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Home IV Infusion Therapy, Nurse Management, and Specialty Pharmacy.

• Multistate/Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (or willingness to acquire).

• At least 5 years of clinical experience.

• Over 5 years of progressive leadership experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Home Infusion as a nurse and/or leader.

• At least 3 years of experience in specialty pharmacy.

• Proficient IV insertion skills.

• Competence in MS Office and Apple technology.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership abilities.

• Valid driver's license.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

• High-speed cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload when working remotely.
