• Manage intricate consulting projects and transformation initiatives.

• Direct consulting teams and oversee delivery across various workstreams.

• Cultivate strong, trustworthy relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations.

• Recognize operational risks and performance deficiencies, developing practical, value-oriented solutions.

• Ensure project delivery is high-quality, timely, and impactful.

• Mentor, coach, and develop consultants and managers.

• Assist in account growth through proposals, opportunity identification, and client engagement.

• Contribute to the development of capabilities, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Collaborate with clients to tackle complex operational and organizational issues.

• Supervise multidisciplinary teams to achieve measurable impacts in safety, operational performance, and resilience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in management consulting with a focus on operational risk, operational excellence, safety, or sustainability.

• Demonstrated success in leading complex engagements and managing teams.

• Background in or with asset-intensive, operationally intricate industries.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining senior client relationships.

• Strong leadership abilities and skills in stakeholder management.

• Capability to handle multiple workstreams in challenging environments.

• Awareness of commercial factors and structured problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

• An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.

• Travel requirement of 80% or more.
