📋 Description

• Propel growth within the DoorDash Reservations Marketplace

• Establish and implement strategies for merchants to enhance their reservations on DoorDash

• Transform vague challenges into structured playbooks

• Create scalable growth initiatives

• Empower internal teams to execute with consistency and efficiency

• Innovate the future landscape of local commerce

• Take ownership of new business ventures from inception to scale across GO and card-linking

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to launch new use cases

• Identify and address high-impact issues to expand DoorDash's in-store presence

• Utilize AI as a catalyst for growth

• Report directly to a Strategy & Operations Director within the In-Store team

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of pertinent experience in strategy, operations, consulting, banking, or a fast-growing tech environment

• Preferably, experience in developing a new product, program, or business line from inception to scale

• Proactive approach and adaptability in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment

• Capability to create clarity and focus in intricate, ambiguous problem areas

• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to convey a clear vision to cross-functional partners

• Proficiency in managing relationships with senior leaders across DoorDash

• Proven success in building, leading, and nurturing high-performing teams

• Ability to attract, hire, and retain top talent while scaling operations

• Customer-centric mindset balanced with an understanding of merchant economics

• Early and extensive use of AI tools for problem-solving

• Capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
