Senior Manager, Implementation – Engine X

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the strategy for customers using Engine X Card.

• Ensure that corporate card programs are activated swiftly, tailored to each customer's finance and expense ecosystem, and prepared for long-term use.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to convert implementation challenges and integration patterns into prioritized product goals.

• Oversee integration workstreams for ERP, HRIS, SSO, and expense platforms.

• Find the right balance between rapid deployment and the necessary rigor for mid-market and enterprise card programs.

• Act as the senior implementation representative during complex Engine X sales processes.

• Collaborate with Sales to determine project scope, technical requirements, and the timeline for the first transaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in implementation, solutions architecture, or technical program management within a corporate card, spend management, or B2B fintech organization.

• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.

• Comprehensive ownership of corporate card program implementations, from the signing of contracts to the first transaction and ongoing adoption.

• Proficient in translating finance and IT needs into actionable deployment plans.

• Capability to act as the senior technical authority on a deal.

• Direct experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Sage Intacct.

• Familiarity with HRIS, SSO, and expense management platforms including Concur, Expensify, Ramp, or Brex.

• Previous experience in a corporate card firm like Brex, Ramp, Amex, Capital One Spark, Marqeta, or similar companies.

• Knowledge of card issuing and payment infrastructure is an advantage.
