Senior Manager, HR Transformation – Internal Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner in HR innovation, digital HR trends, service delivery models, and the future of work.

• Develop and prioritize transformation roadmaps by aligning operational, analytics, and talent considerations.

• Suggest opportunities for modernization, simplification, and automation, including AI and digital solutions.

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of large-scale, multi-year global HR transformation initiatives.

• Provide counsel to senior HR and business leaders on the progress of transformation, associated risks, and strategic implications.

• Supervise project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.

• Direct complex workstreams that span multiple functions, geographies, and stakeholder groups.

• Implement Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.

• Develop project governance structures, steering committees, status reports, and performance indicators.

• Lead cross-functional workshops, design sessions, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with Change Management on communications, training, readiness, and adoption strategies.

• Mentor project team members and workstream leaders.

• Integrate KPIs, dashboards, and measurement frameworks into transformation projects.

• Deliver data-driven updates to executive stakeholders and governance bodies.

• Oversee project budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of HR project management or HR transformation experience; OR Master’s degree with 4 years of HR project management or HR transformation experience; OR Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of HR project management or HR transformation experience; OR Associate’s degree with 10 years of HR project management or HR transformation experience; OR High school diploma/GED with 12 years of HR project management or HR transformation experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience supporting a multinational organization.

• Consulting experience in HR transformation, AI-driven digital transformations, operating model design, or process optimization for large and/or global enterprises.

• Proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Project, or other project management tools designed for planning, tracking, and organizing global projects.

• Capability to juggle multiple activities and priorities with minimal guidance in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

• Experience in workshop facilitation and training development.

• Understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies.

• Intellectual curiosity with the capacity to challenge thought partners.

• Ability to work effectively across all organizational levels and influence consensus.

• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Orgvue, and Visier.
