Senior Human Resources Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Create and execute recruitment strategies, identify potential candidates, conduct interviews, and oversee the selection process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate staffing requirements and formulate workforce plans.

• Spearhead employer branding initiatives.

• Offer support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment-related concerns.

• Manage investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary issues.

• Formulate strategies to enhance positive employee relations and facilitate open communication.

• Supervise the administration of employee benefits.

• Counsel employees on benefit options and enrollment processes.

• Oversee the HRIS and ensure the accuracy of employee records.

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws as well as company policies.

• Conduct compliance audits and assessments.

• Revise HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

• Lead or engage in HR projects and strategic initiatives.

• Promote employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

• Evaluate HR metrics and data to uncover trends and identify opportunities for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 6 years of progressive HR experience, focusing on HR operations, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives.

• In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to manage sensitive information with discretion and uphold confidentiality.

• Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
