πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist the HR Technology Consultant in overseeing client engagements and internal projects.

β€’ Manage multiple client initiatives concurrently.

β€’ Keep project plans, timelines, status updates, action logs, documentation, and client files organized.

β€’ Arrange and coordinate meetings and calls with clients, internal teams, and vendors.

β€’ Monitor deliverables and follow up with stakeholders on pending items.

β€’ Record meeting notes, decisions made, and next steps to be taken.

β€’ Facilitate communication among consultants, clients, and vendor partners.

β€’ Relay project milestones, deliverables, and timelines effectively.

β€’ Create materials for client meetings, including presentations, reports, summaries, and project updates.

β€’ Report project risks, delays, or issues to the HR Technology Consultant promptly.

β€’ Offer administrative support for consulting engagements and internal projects.

β€’ Manage calendars, meeting logistics, and follow-up communications efficiently.

β€’ Document HR and payroll procedures, such as onboarding, benefits administration, and employee data management.

β€’ Assist in workflow documentation and process enhancements within ADP.

β€’ Organize system documentation, user manuals, configuration notes, and process libraries using Microsoft OneNote.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, HR operations, payroll, benefits administration, or professional services.

β€’ Strong skills in organization and time management.

β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

β€’ Experience with ADP administration, including HRIS management, benefits administration, and workflow configuration.

β€’ Preferred experience using Microsoft OneNote for project documentation, meeting notes, and collaboration.

β€’ Previous experience supporting consulting engagements or client-facing projects is preferred.

β€’ Experience in an HR consulting firm, benefits brokerage, or payroll services organization is preferred.

β€’ Familiarity with project tracking tools like Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Asana is preferred.

β€’ A bachelor's degree is preferred.

β€’ Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

β€’ Preferred experience with Applied Epic or knowledge of a similar Agency Management System (AMS).

β€’ Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

β€’ Frequent use of sight, hearing, speech, and hands for tasks in the workplace.

β€’ Capability to perform walking, bending, sitting, reaching, and stretching activities.
