This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the main point of contact and a trusted advisor for leaders within the Care organization.
β’ Collaborate and coach Supervisors and Managers on matters related to personnel.
β’ Take ownership of performance management responsibilities for designated leaders and teams, which includes coaching, documentation, corrective measures, performance improvement plans, annual evaluations, and related follow-ups.
β’ Provide guidance to leaders on complex issues regarding performance, conduct, and policy.
β’ Enhance leadership capabilities through coaching, tools, real-time feedback, training, and templates.
β’ Set clear expectations with leaders and cross-functional partners by defining roles, timelines, risks, decisions, and next steps.
β’ Examine data and trends to uncover opportunities, risks, and inconsistencies, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
β’ Create and refine performance management resources, processes, and communications.
β’ Offer employee relations support, assisting both employees and leaders in addressing workplace concerns.
β’ Serve as a subject matter expert in performance management, workplace issues, reasonable accommodations (ADA), wage and hour compliance, and involuntary terminations.
β’ Foster collaborative relationships with Talent Management, HR Operations, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Legal departments.
β’ Design and execute strategies, programs, and policies aimed at improving employee engagement, leader effectiveness, and overall organizational performance.
β’ Manage ambiguity and changing needs by exercising sound judgment to prioritize tasks and advance initiatives.
β’ At least 2 years of progressive experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, or performance management.
β’ Experience in high-volume, frontline, or contact center settings, with a focus on supporting non-exempt employees.
β’ Proven ability to coach and guide leaders through performance management processes, including feedback, documentation, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans.
β’ Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
β’ Established ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships and influence leaders at various levels and functions, providing clear, direct, and actionable advice.
β’ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations, simplify complex issues into practical recommendations, and guide tasks to resolution.
β’ Strong judgment, attention to detail, and discretion when handling sensitive issues.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Experience in a healthcare organization is preferred.
