Senior Manager, Global Train & Advise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary operational Subject Matter Expert to support business development and capture campaigns during regional partner engagements, VIP demonstrations, and global capability evaluations.

• Convert regional operational needs into actionable insights that enhance product adoption and stimulate pipeline growth.

• Supervise global technical training initiatives, including Train the Trainer programs, operational playbooks, and localized materials in regional languages.

• Perform operational needs assessments, pinpoint training requirements and capability gaps, and monitor adoption metrics along with user feedback.

• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with military leadership, operational staff, and end-users.

• Offer operational advisory assistance on mission planning, CONOPs, SOPs, and TTPs.

• Function as the regional subject matter expert throughout the Middle East, identifying emerging opportunities, risks, and requirements.

• Assist in the swift deployment of systems in challenging and operationally demanding environments, resolving technical issues to ensure optimal uptime.

• Collect and translate field feedback into actionable requirements for engineering and product teams.

• Collaborate with Mission Operations, Engineering, Product, and Growth teams on site surveys, product roadmaps, and service offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in train and advise roles, liaison, field engineering, system integration, and/or foreign engagement capacities.

• Significant experience navigating intricate interagency, international, and cross-cultural environments, particularly in defense-related train and advise support to foreign militaries.

• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-level relationships with government, military, and operational personnel.

• Experience in briefing senior government and military officials on operational and strategic issues.

• Background in leading and conducting training for militaries within the region.

• Knowledge of training design, delivery, and dynamic presentation skills suited for diverse audiences.

• Willingness and capability to travel extensively throughout the Middle East and internationally.

• Preferred: Expertise in Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) principles and capabilities.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Air Defense technologies, including autonomous systems, advanced C2 systems, and electronic warfare.

• Preferred: Experience in hands-on technical deployment, integration, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.

• Preferred: Formal education in engineering, security studies, international relations, or a related field.

• Preferred: Completion of a military exchange program at a national command and staff college in the region.
