This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement 11:11’s Total Rewards strategy and roadmap encompassing compensation, benefits, incentives, job architecture, pay equity, and rewards governance.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of compensation and benefits professionals.
• Establish standards and governance for job levels, salary structures, market positioning, merit, incentives, promotions, benefits, and rewards decisions.
• Provide guidance to senior leaders, HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and managers on complex issues related to compensation, benefits, retention, pay equity, and rewards strategy.
• Conduct market intelligence analysis for critical and hard-to-fill roles, focusing on talent scarcity, labor market dynamics, competitive rewards practices, and emerging risks.
• Define the global benefits strategy while considering employee needs, competitiveness, affordability, wellbeing, business priorities, and local regulations.
• Oversee health and welfare benefits, pension and retirement plan compliance filings, regulatory reporting, audits, plan documentation, and vendor accountability.
• Manage annual compensation cycles, benefits renewals, open enrollment, vendor relationships, compliance, and employee communications.
• Create and implement scalable workflows, decision tools, and reporting products utilizing approved enterprise AI and HR technology.
• Establish responsible practices for privacy, security, data quality, bias review, human oversight, and confidence in AI-supported insights.
• Enhance manager and employee understanding of rewards and define success metrics such as market alignment, pay equity, benefits value, retention, and trust.
• Adhere to company values, data handling agreements, work procedures, policies, data privacy practices, compliance training, and policy acknowledgments.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Report directly to the SVP of Human Resources.
• Bachelor's or University degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience required.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, people analytics, or related disciplines, including experience with a global or distributed workforce.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in leading people and teams.
• Demonstrated experience in developing or scaling compensation frameworks, job architecture, pay equity, incentive programs, health and retirement plan strategies, and global benefits governance.
• Experience overseeing compliance filings, regulatory reporting, audits, and plan documentation.
• Exceptional analytical skills, including market intelligence, talent scarcity analysis, benchmarking, quantitative modeling, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable decisions.
• Proven experience in applying AI within HR, compensation, benefits, analytics, or related business processes.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms to create scalable workflows and tools while safeguarding sensitive data, managing bias and risk, and ensuring human accountability.
• Experience with HRIS, benchmarking, automation, data visualization, or analytics tools is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the assigned country without the need for visa sponsorship.
• WorldatWork, CEBS, or a comparable certification is preferred.
