This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the compensation and benefits strategy at 11:11.
• Establish the Total Rewards strategy and roadmap covering compensation, benefits, incentives, job architecture, pay equity, and rewards governance.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Total Rewards professionals.
• Define standards and governance related to job levels, salary structures, market positioning, merit, incentives, promotions, benefits, and rewards decisions.
• Provide guidance to senior leaders, HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and managers on intricate matters concerning compensation, benefits, retention, pay equity, and rewards strategy.
• Conduct market intelligence analysis for critical and challenging roles to fill.
• Evaluate talent scarcity, labor-market dynamics, competitive rewards practices, and emerging risks.
• Develop the global benefits strategy and oversee compliance for health, welfare, pension, and retirement plans.
• Manage compensation cycles, benefits renewals, open enrollment, vendor relationships, compliance, and employee communications.
• Create scalable workflows, decision-making tools, and reporting products utilizing approved enterprise AI and HR technology.
• Establish responsible practices concerning privacy, security, data quality, bias review, human oversight, and AI-supported insights.
• Enhance manager and employee understanding of rewards while defining success metrics.
• Handle company data following data-handling agreements, procedures, and policies.
• Complete annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgments.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s or University degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, people analytics, or a related discipline, including experience with global or distributed workforces.
• At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in leading individuals and teams.
• Proven experience in building or scaling compensation frameworks, job architecture, pay equity, incentive programs, health and retirement plan strategies, and global benefits governance.
• Familiarity with overseeing compliance filings, regulatory reporting, audits, and plan documentation.
• Exceptional analytical skills, including market intelligence, talent-scarcity analysis, benchmarking, quantitative modeling, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable decisions.
• Experience in applying AI in HR, compensation, benefits, analytics, or related business processes, including scalable workflows and tools utilizing enterprise AI platforms.
• Expertise in protecting sensitive data, managing bias and risk, and ensuring human accountability.
• Proficiency with HRIS, benchmarking, automation, data visualization, or analytics tools is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the assigned country without visa sponsorship.
• WorldatWork, CEBS, or a comparable certification is preferred.
