This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Lead the strategy, programs, and policies of the Global Mobility Center of Excellence pertaining to mobility systems and essential processes.
• Oversee compliance with individual tax regulations and the equalization policy.
• Develop and manage the strategy for tax vendors.
• Create and standardize RTX tax procedures in collaboration with Payroll, Corporate Tax, HR, global mobility operations, and tax vendors.
• Administer and govern a global employment company.
• Innovate processes and enhance data visualization within mobility technology.
• Address and resolve intricate employee and business escalations throughout the assignment lifecycle.
• Keep track of mobility innovations and policy trends, identifying opportunities for application.
• Create training materials and communication strategies for Global Mobility stakeholders.
• Define requirements and develop governance reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, legal, tax, finance, and payroll to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Enhance mobility processes and systems utilizing RTX resources, business requirements, and industry best practices.
• Support the development, harmonization, and implementation of processes that improve global mobility service delivery.
• Foster transparency with vendors, Global Mobility operations, and Enterprise Financial Services.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build relationships; capable of engaging with employees at all organizational levels.
• Outstanding organizational, planning, and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficient at balancing business and employee needs while adhering to legal and regulatory standards.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Familiarity and experience with global mobility operations.
• Aptitude for resolving complex issues by identifying root causes, designing solutions, and implementing outcomes.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate initiative.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• No security clearance is required.
• Experience with Equus or a similar Global Mobility technology platform is preferred.
