Senior Manager – Global Business Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the global business systems strategy and roadmap for the company’s core applications worldwide.

• Lead a team consisting of business systems analysts, architects, administrators, and technical leads.

• Collaborate with executive and business leaders to identify opportunities for technology enhancements and process improvements.

• Supervise the implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of enterprise applications.

• Manage global business systems projects, including priorities, budgets, and resources.

• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for enterprise systems.

• Promote the adoption of automation, analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and compliance of systems.

• Cultivate relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.

• Create KPIs and performance metrics to assess business value and operational effectiveness.

• Lead change management, communication, and user adoption efforts for strategic initiatives.

• Define priorities and roadmaps for enterprise business systems.

• Approve enhancements, integrations, and technology solutions for business systems.

• Make decisions regarding resource allocation and staffing within approved budgets.

• Determine governance standards, support models, and operational processes.

• Recommend investments in enterprise applications and strategies for modernization.

• Influence business process transformation and initiatives related to digital innovation.

• Escalate significant risks involving financial, security, compliance, or enterprise architecture as necessary.

• Act as the primary leader and decision-maker for the organization’s global business systems portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in supporting enterprise business applications.

• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, or business technology functions.

• Experience in leading global or multi-regional business systems environments.

• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and HRIS enterprise platforms.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in MBA, Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field.

• Preferred: Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365, PMP, ITIL, Agile, Scrum, or Change Management.

• Preferred: Experience in leading digital transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives.
