Senior Manager – Global Business Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a global strategy and roadmap for core business systems applications.

• Lead a diverse team of business systems analysts, architects, administrators, and technical leaders.

• Collaborate with executive and business stakeholders to pinpoint technology opportunities and enhance processes.

• Oversee the implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of enterprise applications.

• Manage global business systems projects, including prioritization, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for enterprise systems.

• Promote the adoption of automation, analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and compliance of systems.

• Cultivate relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.

• Create KPIs and performance metrics to assess business value and operational success.

• Lead change management, communication, and user adoption efforts for key initiatives.

• Set priorities and develop roadmaps for enterprise business systems.

• Authorize enhancements, integrations, and technology solutions for business systems.

• Make decisions regarding resource allocation and staffing within set budgets.

• Define governance standards, support models, and operational processes.

• Recommend investments and modernization strategies for enterprise applications.

• Influence business process transformation and digital innovation projects.

• Escalate significant risks related to finance, security, compliance, or enterprise architecture as necessary.

• Act as the primary leader and decision-maker for the organization's global business systems portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in supporting enterprise business applications.

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience overseeing teams, programs, or business technology functions.

• Experience managing global or multi-regional business systems environments.

• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and HRIS enterprise platforms.

• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in MBA, Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field.

• Preferred: Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, PMP, ITIL, Agile, Scrum, or Change Management.

• Preferred: Experience driving digital transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives.
