Senior Manager – Global Business Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a global strategy and roadmap for core business applications.

• Lead a team comprised of business systems analysts, architects, administrators, and technical leaders.

• Collaborate with executive and business leaders to uncover technology opportunities and enhance processes.

• Supervise the implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of enterprise applications.

• Manage global projects related to business systems, including priorities, budgets, and resources.

• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for enterprise systems.

• Promote the adoption of automation, analytics, AI, and initiatives for digital transformation.

• Ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and compliance of systems.

• Cultivate relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.

• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to gauge business value and operational effectiveness.

• Lead change management, communication, and user adoption strategies for strategic initiatives.

• Define priorities and roadmaps for enterprise business systems.

• Sanction enhancements, integrations, and technology solutions for business systems.

• Make decisions regarding resource allocation and staffing within approved budgets.

• Define governance standards, support models, and operational processes.

• Recommend investments in enterprise applications and strategies for modernization.

• Influence the transformation of business processes and initiatives for digital innovation.

• Escalate significant risks related to finance, security, compliance, or enterprise architecture as necessary.

• Act as the primary leader and decision-maker for the organization’s global business systems portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in supporting enterprise business applications.

• More than 5 years of leadership experience in managing teams, programs, or business technology functions.

• Proven experience in leading global or multi-regional business systems environments.

• Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and HRIS enterprise platforms.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in MBA, Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related field.

• Preferred: Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, PMP, ITIL, Agile, Scrum, or Change Management.

• Preferred: Experience in leading digital transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives.
