This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee the consolidation, analytics, and communication processes related to financial reporting for the COO Finance organization.
• Produce the Annual Operating Plan, quarterly forecasts, monthly variance analysis, development of contemporary strategies, and the annual multi-year Strategic Plan.
• Manage process calendars and enhance the quality and timeliness of execution.
• Direct the creation and presentation of Quarterly Financial Review packages for the Executive Leadership Team.
• Create standardized reporting content and perform ad hoc decision-support analyses.
• Develop and maintain the COO Finance transformation priority list.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, accounting, and external partners on technology-driven solutions.
• Automate standardized reporting and create real-time dashboards and analytics.
• Propel process optimization for the Oracle Cloud implementation go-live.
• Lead monthly financial performance reviews for manufacturing and supply chain, and monitor subsequent actions.
• Engage with global finance and operations teams across different time zones.
• Assist in acquisition integration and divestiture efforts as necessary.
• Oversee month-end processes along with associated accounting and audit requirements.
• Promote standardization, documentation, transparency, predictability, and process enhancement.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounting and auditors on ongoing audit and pre-audit obligations.
• Design and take ownership of standardized investment financial modeling for the COO Finance organization.
• Drive improvements in Corporate standards and policy formulation.
• Initially serve as an individual contributor, with the opportunity to build and lead a small team of Financial Analysts.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis and planning within multinational corporations is required.
• Proficient knowledge of Excel is essential.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint, Salesforce.com, Hyperion, Demantra, and Oracle is advantageous.
• A Master's Degree is preferred.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with Corporate FP&A, Accounting, IT, finance, and external specialists.
• Experience in designing and managing financial reporting, planning, and analytics processes.
• Proven ability to cultivate trusted business-partner relationships, ideally within a global manufacturing and supply chain context.
• Capability to convert complex financial reporting and analytics requirements into technology specifications.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with global finance and operations teams across various time zones.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
