Senior Manager, Finance SAC Reporting Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee the enterprise SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Reporting & Dashboards operations

• Lead governance, standardized reporting, analytics, visualization, user training, quality assurance, and ongoing enhancement

• Develop internal capabilities to support current operations and future SAC implementations across various business units

• Create the enterprise vision and strategic roadmap for SAC reporting and analytics

• Set standards for dashboard design and visualization

• Formulate reporting governance, define KPIs, and establish reporting best practices

• Enhance executive reporting and provide decision-making support

• Collaborate with Finance functions to ensure alignment of reporting strategies with business goals

• Establish enterprise standards for SAC implementation and operational excellence

• Create reusable implementation methodologies and playbooks

• Document lessons learned for future initiatives

• Develop scalable governance and support frameworks for upcoming business units

• Encourage continuous improvement across SAC capabilities

• Supervise 2 direct reports

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in finance transformation, reporting, and analytics

• Profound knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud or enterprise planning systems

• Solid background in reporting strategy, business processes, and analytics

• Experience in change management and fostering user adoption

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
