Senior Manager – Finance Operations, Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee financial planning and forecasting tasks, which include monthly forecasts and annual operating plans.

• Facilitate planning and reporting among Specialty, 340B, and Mail Pharmacy sectors.

• Create financial analyses and executive-level reports to aid in business decision-making.

• Act as a principal advisor to Specialty Finance leadership, assisting in managing priorities, communications, and planning schedules.

• Recognize business trends, risks, and opportunities while offering actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and process enhancements.

• Enhance reporting, planning, and governance processes through automation and standardization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in effective communication with leaders and cross-functional collaborators.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive change is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be taken into account.
