This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Report to the VP of Sales Enablement
• Foster relationships with sales leaders, frontline managers, sellers, and cross-functional partners within designated segments
• Cultivate an understanding of segment priorities, customer dynamics, seller workflows, performance expectations, and business challenges
• Maintain a consistent field presence to grasp sellers’ and managers’ daily experiences
• Act as a trusted enablement partner for sales leadership
• Utilize field observations, performance data, call intelligence, manager insights, seller feedback, and other information to pinpoint execution gaps, risks, and opportunities
• Diagnose fundamental issues related to behavior, skills, knowledge, processes, messaging, or adoption
• Identify trends across teams and convert observations into actionable enablement priorities
• Establish a regular cadence of field insights with the broader Enablement organization
• Translate business and field requirements into enablement initiatives aimed at enhancing seller behavior and performance
• Design comprehensive learning journeys that integrate live learning, self-paced content, practice, reinforcement, manager involvement, and performance support
• Develop tailored programs and workshops for assigned sales segments
• Customize global programs, messaging, tools, and resources for specific segments and teams
• Create facilitator-led and digital learning experiences, including workshops, e-learning modules, job aids, playbooks, practice activities, and performance-support resources
• Apply adult-learning and instructional-design principles to learning experiences linked to seller behaviors and business outcomes
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences for sellers and sales leaders
• Create opportunities for skill practice and application in customer scenarios
• Collaborate with frontline managers to reinforce learning and promote sustained behavior change
• Support the implementation of global programs within designated segments
• Build and maintain digital learning and courseware utilizing Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, or similar authoring platforms
• Use learning management systems and enablement technologies to deploy, manage, track, and enhance learning experiences
• Assist in establishing scalable methods for digital learning, curriculum development, and learning journeys
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Product, and other departments
• Translate commercial initiatives into actionable implications for sellers and managers
• Align global programs with field realities and execution
• Define desired behaviors and outcomes for interventions
• Measure adoption, application, and impact using both quantitative and qualitative data
• Collect feedback and continuously refine programs
• Share field insights and program outcomes with Enablement and sales leadership
• Evaluate whether behavior has changed as a result of enablement interventions
• 6+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement
• Significant experience in field-facing enablement, sales readiness, or performance consulting is preferred
• Ability to identify performance and execution gaps and convert them into practical solutions
• Strong skills in instructional design and curriculum development across various learning formats, including instructor-led, virtual, workshop-based, blended, and self-paced learning
• Hands-on experience in developing digital learning and courseware using Articulate 360, Storyline, Rise, or comparable authoring tools
• Familiarity with learning management systems and other learning or sales enablement technologies
• Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to establish credibility with sellers and sales leaders
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the daily work of sellers
• Experience utilizing qualitative and quantitative insights, including sales performance data, call intelligence, field observations, and stakeholder input, to guide enablement priorities
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to effectively navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and swiftly transition from problem identification to action
• Resourceful, pragmatic, and capable of developing high-quality solutions without extensive infrastructure or prolonged development cycles
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Prior quota-carrying sales experience is highly desirable
• Experience in supporting complex, consultative, or intangible sales environments
• Experience in supporting professional services or services-based sales organizations is particularly valuable
• Experience collaborating directly with frontline sales managers to foster coaching, reinforcement, and behavior change
