This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with senior leaders in Oncology and cross-functional teams to identify, design, and enhance operational processes.
• Convert strategic initiatives into disciplined execution and ensure consistent implementation across the field sales organization.
• Create and implement scalable operational capabilities for the field.
• Establish and oversee operational workstreams for field deployment, incentive compensation, field reporting, technology enablement, performance metrics and dashboards, learning and development planning, management of external sales organizations, field business planning, account and roster management, targeting, onboarding, and national field meetings.
• Manage planning and operational supervision for both national and field meetings.
• Create resources for coaching managers, generate field coaching reports, and develop performance metrics.
• Coordinate with senior sales leaders and Learning & Development to create and deliver field training content and learning strategies.
• Work in partnership with Marketing, Sales Leadership, Commercial Excellence, Analytics, Technology, Incentive Compensation, and other collaborators.
• Assist with new-hire onboarding, field business planning and evaluations, account-list management, roster management, deployment, and targeting.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance indicators.
• Oversee priorities, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Identify and implement operational best practices to enhance customer engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare sectors.
• Proven experience in supporting or collaborating with a field sales organization.
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, planning, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a matrix environment, influence without direct authority, and communicate with senior leadership.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, assess and mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality work both independently and in collaboration with others.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, including overnight stays as necessary.
• Preferred experience in Oncology or other specialty markets.
• Preferred experience in field sales, field leadership, sales operations, or commercial excellence.
• Preferred knowledge in field deployment, incentive compensation, reporting and dashboards, customer targeting, business planning, or learning and development.
• Preferred understanding of healthcare reimbursement and access from both patient and provider perspectives.
• Preferred experience in people management or team leadership.
• Preferred strong skills in technology utilization, presentation, facilitation, and change management.
• Preferred commitment to learning and utilizing emerging technologies such as AI.
