This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Oversee the planning and operational management of national and regional meetings.
• Collaborate with national and regional field leaders to create coaching resources for managers, field coaching reports, and performance metrics.
• Serve as a liaison between senior sales leaders and Learning & Development to create, improve, and implement training content and learning strategies for the field.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales Leadership, Commercial Excellence, Analytics, Technology, Incentive Compensation, and various other stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding new hires, business planning and reviews for the field, account-list management, roster management, deployment, and targeting activities.
• Design and sustain dashboards, reports, and performance indicators for field leadership.
• Prioritize tasks, manage risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams.
• Recognize and implement operational best practices to enhance customer engagement and overall organizational efficiency.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare sectors.
• Proven experience in supporting or collaborating with a field sales organization.
• Strong skills in analytical thinking, strategic planning, project management, and problem-solving.
• Capability to navigate effectively within a matrix environment and influence others without direct authority.
• Proficient in communicating with senior leadership.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands, evaluate risks, and produce high-quality work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, including overnight trips as necessary.
