This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Middle East.
• Assist in the planning and execution of training programs, which includes managing applications, hiring instructional staff, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining communication with clients.
• Work alongside Product and Operations teams on the business processes related to data science and data analytics training initiatives.
• Address learner inquiries and troubleshoot needs promptly and professionally.
• Conduct both anecdotal and statistical analyses of product data to reveal actionable insights across various distribution channels, regions, and client demographics.
• Provide support to learners facing technical challenges and other obstacles.
• Facilitate live online lectures by managing chat interactions, coordinating with instructors and teaching assistants, executing program flow, resolving issues, and overseeing recordings, transitions, breaks, and session logistics.
• Undertake ad hoc projects pertinent to training programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and test new products while developing growth strategies.
• Oversee live class operations on Saturdays, with a designated compensatory day off each week.
• A minimum of 2 years of full-time professional experience, preferably in an operations or analytics capacity.
• At least a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in effective communication with stakeholders in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in managing cross-functional, high-impact projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills when addressing large audiences with varying levels of English proficiency.
• Strong work ethic and capability to perform well under pressure with minimal supervision.
• A proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and a capacity for rapid learning.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a background in nurturing relationships with individuals and clients.
• A problem solver who can quickly identify issues, determine practical next steps, and decide when to resolve or escalate a problem.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Preference for candidates with experience using Slack and Zoom.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM ET, with occasional Saturday work required.
