Senior Manager, Field Medical Affairs – Hematology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish and maintain peer-level relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Hematological Malignancies.

• Act as a reliable clinical resource for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), simplifying complex scientific concepts into accessible insights.

• Facilitate company-sponsored and investigator-led research by identifying sites, reviewing concepts, and engaging in scientific discussions.

• Convey field insights regarding research and treatment landscape trends to internal stakeholders.

• Pinpoint research and educational gaps to assist in shaping medical strategy.

• Represent Regeneron with professionalism at medical conferences, collecting competitive and scientific intelligence.

• Collaborate with Medical and Commercial teams to achieve collective objectives.

• Address scientific inquiries with precise, compliant, and effectively communicated information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an advanced clinical or scientific degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD) or an equivalent scientific background.

• Have 3+ years of relevant work experience (clinical, managed care, or industry).

• Exhibit strong communication skills to convey and disseminate scientific and clinical data through oral, written, and literature-based formats.

• Demonstrate expert problem-solving abilities to identify underlying customer needs and insights.

• Show proven capability to build internal networks across Medical and Commercial functions.

• Have recent experience in pertinent therapeutic areas.

• Preferably possess prior experience in a field medical role.

• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
