Senior Manager – Fatherhood & Family

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the leadership of Care Net’s network comprising pregnancy centers, churches, organizations, and individuals involved in ministry to men and families.

• Develop and implement father-friendly initiatives, resources, projects, and programs.

• Contribute to content creation for online courses, written materials, social media updates, and educational content for webinars.

• Spearhead the development and presentation of workshops, keynotes, and panel discussions at conferences and events.

• Oversee the planning and execution of events organized by the Fatherhood & Family team.

• Assist in managing the Fatherhood Connect Facebook group and email list through live events and original content.

• Train the Church Engagement team to incorporate family-strengthening programs into church ministries.

• Reach out to centers to provide guidance on effective outreach to men and fathers.

• Ensure that fatherhood materials are up-to-date and meet the needs of pregnancy centers.

• Identify local pregnancy center models that successfully engage fathers and promote healthy marriage and family values.

• Manage systems and customer support for Doctor Dad® and other fatherhood-related courses on Care Net University.

• Nurture and mentor a network of Fatherhood Champions.

• Expand Zoom networks and local gatherings for fatherhood practitioners.

• Develop, review, update, and promote Care Net content that adheres to organizational best practices.

• Respond to inquiries from Care Net affiliates via telephone and email.

• Provide expert content for the Affiliate Portal.

• Create progress reports for the Fatherhood & Family initiatives.

• Assist the Associate Director and VP-CS with special projects.

• Maintain affiliate contact records in HubSpot.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Proven experience in leading men’s services at pregnancy centers.

• Exceptional customer service abilities, including problem resolution and satisfaction of complaints.

• Strong skills in sales and marketing.

• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills, including public speaking and on-camera presentations.

• Proficient written communication and editing abilities.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Familiarity with Google Suite applications for work purposes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Competent project management skills.

• Strong technical skills and the ability to learn new applications, troubleshoot, and assist others.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment while meeting specific goals.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong work ethic and personal drive for success.

• Ability to collaborate with diverse cultures, Christian denominations, backgrounds, and traditions.

• Must be available for periodic travel.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in pregnancy center leadership (four years preferred).

• A committed Christian demonstrating a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

• Strong commitment to pro-life principles and related issues of sexual purity and health.

• Agreement with and ability to uphold Care Net’s Statement of Faith, Vision/Mission, Core Values, and Employee Conduct Policy.

• Capability to provide Christian prayer support to members of Care Net’s affiliate network.

• Preferred: five years of experience in customer service, content development, office administration, management, pregnancy center ministry, or a related field.

• Preferred: experience with cloud-based databases and data entry.

• Preferred: Master's Degree or certification in nonprofit leadership.

• Preferred: additional experience and expertise in related nonprofit work and family ministry.
