Senior Manager, Facility Management – Americas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage the delivery of facility management services across a $59M USD regional portfolio spanning North America and LATAM.

• Collaborate directly with CBRE and insurance providers to ensure the functionality of essential building systems.

• Address operational challenges and implement preventative and predictive maintenance protocols throughout the Americas facilities.

• Contribute to the formulation of $59M USD annual facility budgets.

• Supervise monthly expenditure forecasts and accruals.

• Make informed, risk-based choices concerning in-year cost reduction or deferral goals.

• Foster relationships with Regional Operations Leaders, Audit, Security, and Sustainability teams.

• Execute capital, response, and energy management initiatives.

• Ensure facilities remain in audit-ready condition.

• Incorporate M&A properties into the facility management framework.

• Work in conjunction with the Global Real Estate team to address disasters or operational interruptions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive progressive leadership experience in facility management within corporate real estate or industrial environments.

• Demonstrated success in managing outsourced vendor relationships, including CBRE.

• Strong grasp of public company expense accruals, budget forecasting, asset capitalization, and facility management duties for onboarding and exiting leased or owned properties.

• A University degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline.

• A Master's degree is highly preferred.

• Capability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.

• Proficiency in influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel up to 35-40% within North America and LATAM.
