This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive the conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation initiatives for National University’s website and digital platforms.
• Define, implement, and consistently enhance data-driven testing methodologies.
• Oversee the CRO, experimentation, website experimentation, and platform strategy roadmaps.
• Set up testing service level agreements (SLAs), quality assurance (QA) standards, governance, and deployment processes.
• Maintain a repository of hypotheses, test outcomes, insights, opportunities, and best practices.
• Manage the entire experimentation lifecycle from identifying opportunities to executing production rollouts.
• Design and conduct A/B, multivariate, and multi-page experiments.
• Enhance information architecture, content presentation, navigation, page experience, and calls-to-action.
• Analyze prospective student journeys to pinpoint friction points, abandonment issues, and conversion opportunities.
• Improve program discovery, on-site search, filters, navigation tools, program finders, and recommendation systems.
• Create targeted and personalized website experiences tailored to different audience segments, intent signals, engagement patterns, and lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Enrollment, Digital Analytics, IT, Accounts, Brand, and Product teams.
• Identify opportunities for AI-assisted optimization, predictive insights, and behavioral decision-making.
• Establish measurement best practices, conduct quarterly meta-analyses, maintain the CRO Playbook, and develop dashboards and KPI frameworks.
• Define, track, and communicate experimentation and conversion key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior leadership.
• Create executive dashboards and relay test results, KPI trends, roadmap progress, and recommendations to the Chief Marketing Officer and senior stakeholders.
• Assess emerging trends, technologies, platforms, and optimization capabilities.
• Benchmark industry trends, competitor experiences, customer expectations, and changing digital behaviors.
• Provide leadership through influence and expertise as an individual contributor.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in conversion rate optimization and experimentation, website experience management, personalization, digital merchandising, or e-commerce.
• At least 2 years of experience in strategy, program ownership, or similar managerial roles.
• Proven track record of managing and administering A/B testing and personalization platforms, such as Adobe Target, VWO, Optimizely, or similar tools.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing personalized digital experiences through audience segmentation, behavioral targeting, geo-targeting, and journey-based targeting.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing a CRO and experimentation roadmap, including KPI development, prioritization frameworks, and executive reporting.
• Experience in managing vendors, agency partners, and external development resources.
• A strong record of measurable improvements in conversion rates, lead generation, engagement, and business results.
• A portfolio, case studies, or documented examples showcasing measurable conversion enhancements.
• In-depth knowledge of experimentation methodologies, including hypothesis development, test design, statistical analysis, and result interpretation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Analytics, GA4, and FullStory.
• Solid understanding of customer data platforms, audience segmentation, behavioral targeting, and customer journey optimization.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets using SQL, dashboards, and analytics tools.
• Experience in developing experimentation roadmaps, success metrics, governance processes, and executive reporting frameworks.
• Comprehensive understanding of UX principles, customer journey mapping, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, content strategy, and technical experimentation considerations.
• Experience in evaluating emerging technologies, including AI-driven personalization, predictive modeling, and automated decision-making.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
