Senior Manager, Event Content, Programming & Production

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Design exceptional keynote and mainstage presentations that effectively highlight the UiPath brand while engaging customers, partners, analysts, the press, and employees.

• Take full ownership of content programming for FUSION Las Vegas and assist with regional flagship events.

• Oversee the selection of speakers, their briefing, content evaluations, rehearsals, executive coordination, and on-stage assistance.

• Transform strategic narratives into keynote storylines, agendas, speaker lineups, and customer experiences.

• Manage timelines for content, approvals, rehearsals, and ensure seamless cross-functional coordination during onsite execution.

• Collaborate with production teams to produce keynotes, breakout sessions, and on-stage experiences.

• Create and implement a scalable event-in-a-box model for regional flagship events.

• Work alongside Product Marketing to develop reusable content, presentations, demos, and event materials.

• Engage with Product Marketing, Global Demand Generation, Product, Sales, Executive Communications, and Regional Marketing.

• Deliver outstanding flagship event experiences, engaging programming, uniform attendee experiences, scalable assets, and effective content operations for speakers and executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in producing large-scale B2B technology conferences or corporate events.

• Proven experience in leading executive keynote programming and conference content.

• Strong background in live event production, including rehearsals and on-stage execution.

• Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.

• Experience collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

• Capacity to handle multiple intricate workstreams simultaneously.

• Familiarity with event management tools such as Bizzabo.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong executive presence.
